Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the online cryptocurrency-powered predictions market (the “Platform”) operated by Timeless Technologies Inc., a Panamanian company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
To access and use the Platform, You must:
(a) be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of legal majority in Your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
(b) have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and form a binding contract;
(c) not be a citizen or resident of, or located in, any country or jurisdiction where use of the Platform would be prohibited by applicable law or regulation; and
(d) not be included on the List of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons maintained by the US Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), or on any list pursuant to European Union (EU) and/or United Kingdom (UK) regulations, or placed on any other sanctions lists maintained by applicable governmental authorities.
The Company reserves the right to require You to provide proof of age, identity, and/or eligibility at any time. Use of the Platform is void where prohibited by applicable law. You are responsible for determining whether Your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in Your jurisdiction.
The Platform is not available to users accessing it from the following jurisdictions: VietNam, United States of America, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions.
Any access or use of the Platform in violation of these eligibility requirements is unauthorized and strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to terminate Your access immediately and without notice if it believes You do not meet the eligibility requirements.
2. Account Creation and Wallet Connection
To create an account on the Platform (an “Account”), You must connect a compatible cryptographic wallet. By connecting Your wallet, You acknowledge and agree that this connection is necessary for the proper functioning of our services, including but not limited to identity verification, transaction processing, and security protocols.
The Platform currently supports those wallets identified on the Platform. We reserve the right to modify the list of supported wallets at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of Your cryptographic wallet, including safeguarding private keys, seed phrases, and other access credentials. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from Your failure to maintain adequate security measures for Your wallet.
You may disconnect Your wallet at any time; however, doing so may limit or prevent access to certain features until a compatible wallet is reconnected.
We may require verification of wallet ownership through cryptographic signing or other authentication methods to prevent fraud. You are responsible for ensuring that Your device and software meet the technical requirements necessary for proper wallet functionality.
The Company reserves the right to suspend, disable, or terminate Your Account if we believe that You have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if Your Account shows suspicious behavior. We may also suspend Accounts to comply with applicable laws, court orders, or regulatory requirements.
You may not sell, transfer, or assign Your Account to another person. You may not create multiple Accounts or create an Account on behalf of another person. The Company may require additional identity verification at any time and may suspend Your Account until such verification is satisfactorily completed.
3. Use of the Platform
The Platform enables Users to participate in prediction markets by placing wagers on the outcomes of future events (“Prediction Markets”). Users may create or participate in Prediction Markets by staking cryptocurrency on potential outcomes.
All Prediction Markets must be based on objectively verifiable events that can be resolved using reliable third-party data sources (“Oracle Sources”).
The Company reserves the right to determine which Oracle Sources will be used to verify outcomes. The Company will clearly indicate the designated Oracle Source(s) for each Prediction Market at the time of market creation. Once an outcome has been determined based on data from the designated Oracle Source(s), it shall be considered final and binding.
Users acknowledge that:
(a) They are wagering actual cryptocurrency with real value;
(b) All wagers are final once confirmed on the blockchain;
(c) The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of Oracle Sources or prediction outcomes;
(d) Technical delays or blockchain issues may affect the timing of market resolution; and
(e) The Company may suspend or cancel any Prediction Market that becomes impossible to resolve definitively.
The Company maintains sole discretion over which types of events may be the subject of Prediction Markets and may remove or suspend any markets that violate these Terms or applicable laws. Users may not create or participate in markets related to illegal activities, personal harm, terrorism, or other prohibited subjects.
4. Cryptocurrency Transactions
Users acknowledge that cryptocurrency transactions are subject to network congestion, blockchain processing times, and variable fees. The Company does not guarantee specific transaction processing times and is not responsible for delays caused by network conditions.
5. Fees and Commissions
The Company charges transaction fees for using the Platform, which may include market creation fees, trading fees, settlement fees, and withdrawal fees.
We reserve the right to modify fees at any time. Updated fees will be communicated through the Platform and take effect immediately upon posting.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. The Company may offer promotional fee discounts or waivers at its discretion.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in:
Market Manipulation: including wash trading, spoofing, layering, or coordinated trades;
Fraud or Deceptive Practices: including false information, hacking, or exploiting vulnerabilities;
Criminal Activity: including money laundering, terrorism financing, or any illegal conduct.
The Company reserves the right to monitor all activity and may suspend or terminate Your Account without notice if prohibited behavior is suspected. We may also report such activities to regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
7. Risk Disclosure
USING THE PLATFORM AND PARTICIPATING IN PREDICTION MARKETS INVOLVES SIGNIFICANT RISK. YOU MAY LOSE PART OR ALL OF THE FUNDS YOU STAKE.
Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and outcomes are uncertain. Technical failures, oracle errors, or blockchain delays may affect settlement or execution.
The Company does not guarantee profitability and does not provide investment advice. Users should only participate with funds they can afford to lose and should conduct their own due diligence before engaging in any activity on the Platform.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and data compilations (“Platform Content”), is the property of the Company or its licensors and protected by international copyright laws.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use Platform Content for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited.
All names, logos, and designs associated with Timeless are trademarks of the Company. Other trademarks appearing on the Platform belong to their respective owners.
9. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at [privacy policy URL].
By using the Platform, You acknowledge that You have read and agreed to it. The Privacy Policy may be updated periodically, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
10. Representations and Warranties
By using the Platform, You represent and warrant that:
You meet all eligibility requirements;
You are not subject to sanctions or prohibited by law from using the Platform; and
All information You provide is accurate and complete.
Violation of these representations constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination and potential forfeiture of funds.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” The Company makes no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or completeness of content or outcomes.
Some jurisdictions may not allow such limitations; in those cases, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be finally settled by binding arbitration under the Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce, conducted in English in Panama City, Panama.
You agree to waive any right to participate in class actions or collective proceedings.
Arbitration proceedings and awards shall remain confidential.
Either party may seek injunctive relief in a competent court to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate Your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violations, fraud, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination, access to Your Account and any funds may be restricted or closed.
The Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from termination. Sections relating to ownership, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform, and the “Last Updated” date will reflect the change. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If You disagree with any modifications, You must discontinue use immediately.
